Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

Memoricano lets you upload study material and generate content from it. This policy covers what you may and may not do with the service. It applies to everyone, on every plan.

2. You may not upload or generate:

• Unlawful content — anything illegal in your jurisdiction, including instructions for violence, weapons, or criminal activity.
• Infringing content — material you don't have the rights to, including copyrighted documents, books, or course materials you don't own or have permission to use.
• Harmful content — malware, viruses, or anything designed to damage systems; content that incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
• Private data without consent — personal information of other people (passport numbers, medical records, contact details) unless you have their permission.
• Spam or scams — phishing content, deceptive schemes, or bulk unsolicited material.

3. You may not misuse the service:

• Create multiple accounts to bypass free-plan or other limits.
• Automate the service (scraping, bots, scripts) to extract content or exhaust resources.
• Attempt to access another user's account, sessions, or Beans.
• Probe, scan, or exploit the service, its infrastructure, or its AI providers.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written permission.
• Use AI outputs to reproduce or bypass others' paywalls or access controls.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also report serious violations — such as child sexual abuse material, threats, or fraud — to the appropriate authorities. Suspected violations can be reported to mindfold.app@gmail.com.

5. Appeals

If your account was restricted and you believe it was in error, write to us within 30 days and we'll review the decision in good faith.
